Anderson is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. He was the president of the Chinese Language Society Ipoh, Malaysia, and has always been fascinated by Chinese literature and characters. Being passionate about entrepreneurship, he finished his Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 2013, and has become a full-time entrepreneur since.

Through his skincare business experience, he learnt that there is a huge demand for Australian products & businesses in the Chinese market, and hence started Chinese Business Connect, to give Australian businesses a Chinese voice. Anderson specialises in Chinese branding & marketing, as well as managing Chinese Social Media.

Carmen Tong

Carmen is not only fluent in conversational Mandarin and Cantonese, she was also the winner of the national Chinese public speaking competition 2008, and has been touring Malaysia, doing public speaking in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Since she finished her Bachelor of Law (Honours), she has been practising as a legal advocate and solicitor, specialising in commercial law. Carmen’s specialty is in  the translation and interpretation of Chinese documentation & materials, as well as commercial script writing & voice overs.
